Coronado Beach Family/Maternity Session

Aren’t these five (six if you count little one in the belly) the actual friggin cutest family ever. Now, I know I say that a lot, but it’s just not fair how cute these sweet friends of mine are. These beautiful parents are expecting their 4th baby - a happy surprise. And the best surprise yet, this family with 3 little girls is welcoming a baby boy this fall. I have been shooting for these lovely people for about 4 years now, and it has been such a special experience to document the years with them.

Neal and Christina made the trek down to San Diego to hangout in a neighborhood they really like and visit the spots that they would normally love having dates and hanging out. It was actually kind of hard to decide where we were going to go, because North Park has SO many great options for hanging out, getting drinks, and exploring.

Fast forward to these two getting married. I knew from the day that I met Michael and Jennifer that this was going to be one of my favorite weddings to shoot. I loved how they envisioned their wedding from the start. Modern and minimalistic details. Using all greenery + plants instead of flowers. A gorgeous hotel with a unique detail of doing a ceremony around a pool. (The pool which later became the second dance floor.) A special duo mother-son and father-daughter dance and instead of a cake cutting they opted for a donut feeding and a special toast with a beer they brought back with them from their travels…
