It seems like in-home sessions are hitting a major trend these days and I’m not mad about it one bit. Generally speaking, your home is where you are the most comfortable and yourself. It’s easier to relax and it shows a side of you that sometimes isn’t easy to find in outdoor sessions. There’s character and warmth and so much intentionality behind doing a shoot in your home. (Don’t worry, I know how hard you worked to get that home clean for photo-worthiness).

For Keet and Allie, it was all those same good vibes and touches of character that I love but just add in that they were moving on up to Huntington beach that very same day!

Yep. We got their shoot in moments before that whole home got boxed up. How special is that!? First home together as a married couple. First home for their dog Wes Anderson (the CUTEST is he not??) It was the sweetest little session and good-bye. Did I mention we miss you a lot Alli, Keet, and Wes?!

Wherever they find their next home, adventure, or cozy corner of the world - I know it’s going to be something so incredibly special. I mean, just look what they did in their first home together.
