Fast forward to these two getting married. I knew from the day that I met Michael and Jennifer that this was going to be one of my favorite weddings to shoot. I loved how they envisioned their wedding from the start. Modern and minimalistic details. Using all greenery + plants instead of flowers. A gorgeous hotel with a unique detail of doing a ceremony around a pool. (The pool which later became the second dance floor.) A special duo mother-son and father-daughter dance and instead of a cake cutting they opted for a donut feeding and a special toast with a beer they brought back with them from their travels…

Everyone loves a good Beyonce shout out, am I right?! I've been all about using Beyonce song titles as my punch lines lately. These two would be the screaming definition of crazy in love if I've ever seen one. Their connection was undeniably electrifying. I've never seen two humans so magnetized to one another in my life and it had me smiling ear to ear when I walked away after our time together.

Man, it is good to be back on the east coast.

I live for these colors and these down-to-earth vibes. Endless amounts of green and bright, popping sunflowers, blue skies, thick white clouds, dark grey storms, pinks, purples, reds, and orange painted sunsets. It's a little slice of nostalgic heaven for me.

Driving through the tall pine trees in the earliest light of the day, the soft light before the sun comes up, is a drive I could do over and over again forever. The road was all mine and the brisk 57 degrees outside was equally as energizing as my cup of coffee. As I passed Mono Lake, the sun started to find its way over the horizon to face me dead on once I got to RT 167. I drove down this long stretch of road for miles until I saw Lundy, his best friend Trent, and a truck and horse trailer pulled over on the side of the road. There we started our little off-roading trek into the meadow.
